That policy earned the trust of Korean marine manufacturers and led to agency agreements with STX Engine, Hi-Air Korea, Samgong-Mitsubishi, Donghwa Entec and others, so we can respond faster and supply genuine parts at a better price.

To answer urgent requests quickly, we analyse each vessel’s consumption pattern and stock critical STX Engine items on a quarterly portfolio. Buying in volume also keeps our prices competitive.

Special procurement service

As an exclusive supplier we have provided Korean spare parts to major owners such as Shell and Teekay for many years. The arrangement streamlines the work between owner and maker, saving manpower, time and cost.

We consult on equipment and spares and purchase on the owner’s behalf for new buildings and vessels in service, recommend the parts needed for a dry-docking and deliver them on the vessel’s schedule. We also supply special equipment for LNG, LPG and heavy-lift vessels through our network.
